  • chicken broth, bouillon cubes may be used6 cup
  • water2 cup
  • frozen spinach, 10 oz; frozen1 packet
  • spicy chicken sausage, pre-cooked12 oz
  • acini di pepe, pastina; little bead-like pasta3 tbsp

Method 5 steps

  1. Bring broth and water to boil in 4-quart saucepan.

  2. Add frozen spinach.

  3. Cut sausage into small pieces.

  4. Add sausage and acini di pepe to soup.

  5. Bring back to boil, and allow to boil for 10 minutes.
