- vegetables, confetti: chopped carrots, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, etc.; as many colors as possible
- olive oil

Method 7 steps
Preheat oven to 175°C.
Peel the plantains and smear them with butter. Place on oven tray.
Place sausages on oven rack.
Put tray and rack in oven.
Bake at 170°C for 30–35 minutes.
Chop the vegetables, and douse with olive oil and vinegar.
Serve and sprinkle with black pepper if you so wish.
